Artwork & Proof Approval
Our design team reviews your artwork to ensure it's optimized for screen printing. You'll receive a digital proof showing garment color, print placement, sizing, and ink colors for approval before production begins. *Nothing goes into production until you give us the green light.*

Screen Preparation
Once your artwork is approved, we separate your design by color. Each ink color requires its own custom screen, allowing us to produce crisp details, vibrant colors, and consistent results throughout your order.

Printing Your Apparel
Using professional screen printing equipment, each color of ink is applied one layer at a time. This process creates bold, vibrant graphics that are soft to the touch and built to last through everyday wear and repeated washing.

Curing for Lasting Durability
After printing, every garment passes through a high-temperature conveyor dryer to properly cure the ink. This essential step bonds the ink to the fabric, helping your design resist cracking, peeling, and fading over time.
